It's not Hawaii, but...

it's still togetherness as a family. :) Last summer, this super sweet family paid a photographer to take their pictures for the parent's 50th anniversary...6 months later, they are yet to see any images. Blech. This kind of thing just makes me sick. I cannot believe that there are photographers out there that take their job so lightly...that they don't think about the special memories that they are recording...the meaning behind the pictures. Double blech on that photographer.

So, when I woke up on the day of this family's shoot with it snowing, windy, and dealing with a head cold, I was up for the challenge. :) And so was the family...even taking off their coats for some of them! And they didn't even run screaming from me when I got yelled at by the manager of the property I was shooting on. No, I wasn't trespassing, but I moved something and it ticked him off and long story short, this is the last photo shoot you will see from me at the Mining Museum. Blech to that too. (and if anyone has a barn I can use over the summer, please let me know!...I'm now barn-less!). Such a sweet family! Thank you for your kindness and hand-warmers and wonderful smiles on such a cold winter day! Enjoy your sneak peek!
