Crawfish Sunday

My delightful hubby was kind enough to bring these home tonight. Aren't they lovely? I can't decide if I like them in the collander or on the baking sheet. Which one do you like?

The collander for yumminess, because the separated stuff in the pan looks more like a science experiment.

However, I love the color and texture of the pan against the color and texture of the crawdads. You can feel it by looking at it.
