What I've been doing :)

Oh has not been a great start to the year. I'm JUST starting to feel normal. This flu hit me so hard! Blech. So I've been making a million smoothies with spinach and oranges, berries and wheatgrass. I'm also eating more raw food...specifically I'm eating a big salad every day that I prep and have ready for myself (I prep 4 days at a time) in quart size mason jars (an idea I saw on Pinterest). I layer the dressing on the bottom and then sturdy veggies (like carrots) and then layer yummy veggies and beans, ending with romaine or spinach on top. When I'm ready to eat, I just shake and pour onto a plate. This has been super helpful in eating fresh food for lunch.  

Today I have yoga, orders, data inputting (getting ready for taxes), and maybe a walk with the dog. I'm craving sunshine. :) Have a great weekend everyone!

Mmmn, must get back to doing smoothies for dinner. I have peaches, raspberries, blueberries and pineapple in the freezer. A little whey powder, some spinich, a scoop of yogurt and YUM.

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I hope you got your sunshine today.
