In my free time, I've been working on some projects around the house and have neglected the gym for about a week. Man, I can feel it. When I run, I can take a deep breath (well, not during, but after), I am less antsy, I have more energy, I am focused. Just today, I've started feeling like my mind is murky and muddy and all over the place. Time for a run. I will feel so much better afterwards.
