Today there's an orthodontist appointment, volleyball pickup, proofing to be done, dinner to make, and Biggest Loser to watch. Love love love! Right this second, I'm going to take a break from proofing to do a super fast workout ...I want to feel my muscles tight and tired.
Goal today? To drink 3 ginormous bottles of water. Ever since my trip to Cali, I've been slackin on the water. Why is it that you have to work for like a month to form a habit and only 3 days to break the whole thing down?
